I started working with Suzi as I had reached a stage in my life where I felt that I needed to make some lifestyle changes to increase self care through my diet and really concentrate on weight management and maintain your my blood sugars more sensibly.
Initially I completed the sugar free challenge on Facebook which really opened my eyes to the ‘hidden sugars’ in food, that was a real wake up call!
Suzi has been so patient and been very methodical in her research and looking at options and recipes to share. Suzi has gone to great lengths to go above and beyond with looking at my requirements and actively listening to my plan including the maintenance programme I also signed up to, to help keep me on track even further.
It’s been hard work making changes and yet I feel so much healthier and have lost weight and inches in the process, it’s been completely worth it! It’s been a rewarding and exciting journey too, experimenting with different foods and recipes.
With Suzi’s continuing encouragement, support and sharing of her incredible knowledge throughout my journey, it’s made a massive positive impact on me and my life and knowing Suzi was there all the way. It’s been an amazing experience.
