Although I have only recently joined the fitness industry I have spent my working life in a career that has always demanded a high level of fitness and good health. I know and understand how difficult it can be for those who have let their fitness slip to achieve the level of strength and agility where we all want to be at.
I have qualified to teach adults (Cert Ed.) and am a Level 3 Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer with additional qualifications in Developing Exercise Sessions for Older Adults. But whatever your age and physical condition I can help you achieve the results you want.
Some people may say that there is no silver bullet to being fit, strong and healthy but there is – me! I have so much to offer in the way of life experience and how this affects our minds and bodies. I believe that being healthy and maintaining a robust physique should be a way of life, something that comes naturally and doesn’t need to cause anxiety and stress. I will show you how to eat properly, to be body confident and be proud of your appearance. I can’t walk your life’s journey for you but I can walk it with you, and we’ll have fun along the way.
