I had a neck and shoulder massage.

Rich was very professional and knowledgeable. Felt very comfortable during the massage. Rich explained what he was doing and the reason why. He said that he was going to send me an email to show me some exercises to do to help with my pain which he did so. Very impressed.

Help to rehab, overcome and re-train with a back injury and ongoing lower back pain.

At the point of reaching out to Rich at Twin Peaks fitness I was beginning to think that if I wanted to train, then lower back pain and ache was just something I had to live with, which was really getting me down both physically and mentally, because training and working out is a big part of my life and mental health wellbeing. Rich quick figured out my issues and over the past few months has worked with me to rehab the back pain whilst providing ad-hoc advice and well put together training plans, so I can continue to aim to gain muscle and manage the lower back injury/pain.

I have gone from probably a 50/50 split of painful to pain free todays to a 90/10 split of mostly pain free days and I couldn't of done it without Rich's help, guidance and advice, I cannot thank Rich enough.

Rich is a great personal trainer and a nice guy. He is friendly, chatty, and approachable. He is easy to contact to sort out appointments and is flexible when necessary. He has a good knowledge and understanding of different exercises, and is able to tailor his sessions depending on your needs.

1:1 PT work at home and gym

Rich has been my PT since June 2021. He has helped massively to improve my fitness and address issues with my diet that were preventing me from losing weight. He is approachable and friendly and has helped to improve my confidence allowing me to now train in a gym, which I never would have felt able to before. His calm and supportive approach makes him an excellent PT. I would highly recommend Rich.

Sports Massage on lower back

Rich was extremely knowledgable,very conscientious, respectful, punctual and excellent value. He knew in an instant the problem and proceeded to work on the area. He explained how to exercise the area to stop the area from seizing again. I have had a follow up massage this week to keep on top of any problems that may arise. I am a hairdresser standing for 40 hours a week. Until I met Rich I was considering retiring however now I have a new lease of life 👍🏻

Massage back and right knee information in how to excise in relation to my injured knee

I've had Rich as a PT now for sometime, in all this time he has been friendly and approachable towards no only clients during and out of sessions but other members of the gym.

Rich has always been able to help/knowledge with training side as well as overall mindset. Rich will always help to the best of his abilities and share a few jokes.
