At Alpha Spirit Fitness we take a modern approach to fitness coaching. Our ambition to break through the stereotype of what a personal trainer is, motivated us to be more than a friendly face at the gym. Alpha Spirit Fitness was born from our founder’s belief that coaching should go further than training people physically, with an end goal of sustainable results and an overhaul of people’s perception of health and mindset. The brand is a culmination of a steadfast desire to provide the resources people need to reach their boundless potential.
