I’ve had a couple PTs in the past but none measure up to Khai - not only does he motivate his clients, he makes the sessions fun and enjoyable.

Core stability and muscle strengthening

I met Khai at a time when I was overweight and suffering a few sports injuries. Hiring Khai as my Personal Trainer was a great investment. He helped me immensely that I actually went down a dress size and started to look and feel better. He is extremely focused and dedicated to achieving the right results for his clients and for that I am grateful. As well as being a focused and dedicated professional he also has a lovely personality and a sense of humour which really helps to get you through those tough routines. Khai will help anyone and you won't regret hiring him as your Personal Trainer.

Weight training and nutrition advice

Such a great opportunity to train with someone like Khai. He is been my PT for almost 3 years now and his determination and passion made me want to train with him. He is working hard, very profsessional and when he trains, he is 100% focus on the exercises that you have to do. He pushes me hard every time I train with him and I’m extremely happy with the results that I have achieved so far. I’ve improved my posture, become stronger and now I’m doing exercises that I haven’t been able to do before. Training with Khai not only helped me get into a better shape but also helped with my confidence a lot. He is a great inspiration and motivation for me and I’m grateful to have him as a PT.
