About Us

Hello there! 

I’m a holistic coach focusing on skill specific strength, calisthenics and mobility.  

I’ve trained people that come from all walks of life: martial artists, dancers and climbers who wanted to improve at their sport, some who simply wished to learn new skills and others who just wanted to get moving for health reasons. 

Ever since lockdown happened and gyms had to shut, I’ve started focusing more on improving people’s knowledge and how they can effectively train without the need of heavy machinery and expensive equipment. More importantly, as people’s homes and offices started to become the same room, I’ve begun coaching many on behavior management, habits, how to plan a daily routine and many other aspects that would often fall under holistic coaching.

Many of my clients are people who really enjoy training, understand the value of having a healthy and active lifestyle, yet don’t enjoy going to gyms just to sit down on a bunch of machines. Others have been hitting the gym for years, but now felt the need to change things around and looked for new and exciting ways to move.

Nutrition:

Even before my days as a coach I’ve always been very passionate about eating “properly”. Through the years though, I realised that “properly” is actually particularly hard to define. I’ve followed very many different systems and experimented on myself. Raised omnivore, trying vegetarianism and veganism for a few years, then keto, paleo and intermittent fasting . I’ve stressfully calorie counted, bought expensive organic stuff, drunk countless trendy “detox smoothies” and swallowed all sorts of supposedly uniquely formulated magic pills.

Suffice to say that I’ve reached my own conclusions on what worked and what didn’t but more importantly, why. I’m not interested in lecturing you on nutrition ideologies and dogmas, instead I want to help you understand your own body and metabolism. Allow me to speed up the process I went through, so you don’t have to partake in yo-yo diets and odd “biohacking” techniques.

Personal training sessions

I highly recommend Petros as a PT, he is focused, very professional and reliable. He has even made me to actually enjoy exercising which I did not think that was actually possible, his workouts were effective and fun, after a few weeks i could see the results, he also gave me nutritional tips to educate me to have a more healthy and balanced diet. He has massively improved my mental health and gave me the body that i wanted. I can not thank him enough for all his work.

Petros helped me to work around my lazyness and managed to transform my perception of training.

When I began the journey, I was a bit reluctant because I never been a sport person. However I wanted to start exercising to cope with mental health issues. Petros adapted his way of working to helping me out of learning of the importance of phisical activities. With a gentle approach he led me into a new perception of my body and in about 3 months I was fully engaged and hungry to do more. We have been doing also boxing exercises that was a key breaking point, as helped me to release stress and unwanted feelings. Thanks Petros! Best investment ever made
