After being diagnosed with Parkinson\'s Disease I started to attend a local gym as regular exercise could help to improve my strength, balance, posture and flexibility and keep my heart and lungs healthy.
It didn't take long for boredom to set in when at the gym so I decided to book a personal trainer. Not having had one before I really didn't know what to expect. Paul's professionalism and caring attitude put me at my ease straight away and he pushes me every session to build up on what had gone before. Sessions are always challenging but delivered with humour and an understanding of my condition and its associated needs. Paul's friendly and open manner and sense of humour help me maintain a positive drive to keep returning to the gym motivated by his positivity, professionalism and friendly good humour.
