Are you having difficulty concentrating?  Do you feel foggy-headed?  Are you becoming forgetful?  Have you been to your GP or memory clinic and been told that your problems with concentration are because of menopause, stress, anxiety, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, or depression? As a complementary healthcare practitioner and nurse, I will leave no stone unturned to get to the bottom of what is causing your symptoms and work with you to achieve optimal wellness.  I’ve worked as a memory clinic nurse for 15 years so have seen many people just like you with these symptoms come into the clinic.  I’m so pleased to be able to offer a Nutritional Therapy service where I can continue to support you on your journey to wellness

Have you been told that you have mild cognitive impairment and are interested in how diet, lifestyle, and supplements could help to optimise your overall health and in turn your memory?  Are you keen to explore a ketogenic diet where the body uses ketones to fuel the brain rather than glucose?  Would you like to have further testing such as homocysteine levels or want to know your APOE status?  Do you want to find out what could be the root cause of your difficulties with memory?  It would be my absolute pleasure to work with the aim of optimising your health and in turn your memory.

Do you or a loved one have a diagnosis of dementia and want to do all that you can to live the best life that you can.  Does your loved one have a reduced appetite?  Are they having symptoms such as anxiety, depression, bowel problems, agitation, or aggression?  Nutritional therapy may well be helpful for all of these symptoms.

As well as being an experienced Nutritional therapist, Nicolle brings in 15 years of knowledge through working as a memory clinic nurse and a research nurse on Alzheimer’s disease randomised controlled trials.

Nutritional therapy doesn’t replace medical care but it complements it.

Our brains are incredibly sensitive to the foods that we eat and diet and lifestyle really can make a difference to our minds, mood, and memory.
