About Us

Hi I am Michelle Crawford and have been a personal trainer and class instructor for over 15 years. I have developed my knowledge over the years not only through education but personal experience. I have helped all my clients develop their physical fitness and strength as well as increase their confidence as well as improve techniques and personal abilities.

I work with women around self-defence and personal protection and I am LGBTQ+ friendly

Qualifications – BSC (Hons) Psychology & Sociology, Diploma in sports psychology, YMCA Fitness Instructor level 3 and over 20 years martial arts experience.

Specialising In:

Functional training – Get faster, fitter, stronger

Body Building – Increase muscle mass and definition

Kung fu fitness – Using my martial arts experience to improve or teach fighting techniques to increase fitness, strength and flexibility. Good for self protection and all over body fitness

Psychology & hypnotherapy – Mental fitness, improve confidence and abilities by looking at negative behaviours that may be holding you back from achieving the success you want from your goals.

Body realignment – correcting and strengthening mis-alignments in body structure which will help prevent or stop injuries. Or re-strengthen and improve flexibility after injury.

Training to be fighting fit!

I have been seeing Michelle on a weekly basis for most of the last 5 years. I had zero strength, no muscle memory and had a dislike for sports. It was a year after c-section and I decided I needed to find something I enjoyed to help me keep fit and get me stronger.
I am now so much stronger! I have muscles and power and confidence to defend myself if needed but most of all I have found a sport I really enjoy and am good it!
