About Michelle Crawford – BSC (Hons) Psychology & Sociology, Diploma in sports psychology, YMCA Fitness Instructor level 3 and over 20 years martial arts experience.

As a trainer I operate out of Titan Gym, 255 Mare St, E8 3NS, which is a body building gym – no membership fees or monthly payments, you just pay entrance fee usually £3-£5

I also operate out of parks and online video calls.

Specialising In:

Functional training – improve cardiovascular, endurance and strength with circuits using body weight, kettlebells, weights, suspension training, boxing. It Improves body posture, muscle toning, bone and joint strength, weight loss, muscle increase.

Self-defence & Pad Workouts – uses martial arts training and techniques as part of a fitness regime. This includes padwork, punching and kicking, weights and flexibility. Improve cardio, stamina, muscle and core strengths.

Body realignment – correcting and strengthening mis-alignments in body structure which will help prevent or stop injuries. Or re-strengthen and improve flexibility after injury.

Training to be fighting fit!

I have been seeing Michelle on a weekly basis for most of the last 5 years. I had zero strength, no muscle memory and had a dislike for sports. It was a year after c-section and I decided I needed to find something I enjoyed to help me keep fit and get me stronger.
I am now so much stronger! I have muscles and power and confidence to defend myself if needed but most of all I have found a sport I really enjoy and am good it!
