Hello, I’m Mark McEwan and i am a Personal Trainer.
I have been training people since 2011, and in this time I have worked in various clubs as a Personal Trainer and also Club Manager. I gave up club management to place my focus on the part of the job that I truly love which is Personal Training. I specialise in injury prevention and rehab in both male and female, as well as Olympic Style Weightlifting.
Over the years I have gained enough knowledge and experience to take on any client whether the goals are sports specific, weight loss, building muscle or to generally better themselves.
I believe Personal Training doesn’t just come from a good training session or my job is done once the 1-2-1 session is over, there is a great deal of planning, goal setting and commitment not only from the client but from myself, I offer all the support available by continuing to share my knowledge to help my clients achieve their goals.
As well as offering my services face to face in a gym, I also offer online coaching. I began online coaching during lockdown to help my clients stay on track with their goals. As exercise equipment was limited depending on the client it became essential that I provided all the tools via my app to help them when I am not present which means I am fully set up to train clients at a distance remotely and can incorporate a hybrid system to tailor each clients availability.
