I enjoyed thoroughly my time with Mark, albeit being very a short time. I do feel I was slightly more advanced in terms of some of the work outs given to me, but I understood this to be Mark gauging my fitness levels. I would recommend Mark to anyone that has begun a new fitness journey. He is polite, personable and extremely knowledgeable.

Body recomposition, back straightening, physical wellbeing

Mark is very knowledgeable and when faced with a new challenge always does proper research to ensure the safety of his clients. He always checks in to make sure you're feeling well and responds to any feedback you may have.

Mark is always trying to make you feel good. Your mental health is just as important to him as your physical. He is a very funny person and will try his hardest to make you laugh when you're feeling down.

Post lockdown felt I had lost tons of muscle, Mark created a muscle strengthening programme for me

Mark is really lovely, he created a programme that was perfect for me, listened to my concerns and adapted at every session, he motivated me to keep going when I was not feeling it and was always positive and engaging!
