About me.
Came from my unhealthy lifestyle. I was a relatively big guy play computer games. Then transform myself and others to be fit and feeling confident again.
I do Personal training in the last 4 year, previously trained another 4 years.
My approach focuses on 4 main areas – training, nutrition, lifestyle and flexibility.
Fitness is my passion and I love what I do and love to see my clients get their result and became they BEST VERSIONS.

HIIT, Strength Training, Cardio and more

Meeting Kriz was a real revolution in my approach to fitness, diet and in general health and well-being. I learnt a lot by working out with him and most importantly, I have finally step-changed my fitness program after years of doing the same exercises over and over with not much more effect.

He helped me putting science behind what I was doing in the gym, explaining why I do some exercises vs others and making me understand how my body works and reacts, and so enabling me to improve it. Also, he made me push my boundaries so much, pushing me to work out harder than I thought I was capable of....and his bubbly personality makes it so funny and enjoying!

Now that we live in two different cities I still work with him through virtual PT, as he's still a great support in keeping me on track and focused on keeping challenging myself and getting the most out of my workouts everyday, setting up the best programs for me and make sure I hit my targets.

Absolutely recommend!

10 kg Weight loss over 3 months

Kris is thorough professional. He had brief discussions to understand my goals and set up appropriate training and diet program. His workouts were varied and it used to give me great feeling post workout every time.
He monitored and tracked my progress continuously and also followed up with me so I stick to the diet and don’t do cheat diets.
I tried various personal trainers but achieved desired results with Kris.
He’s fun too I would recommend him as great personal trainer.

excellent the 4 week traing helped me a lot. Improve my Posture in lifting wight and a good Knowledge of the gym.

Kris Helped Me Loose Weight After I’d Seriously Let Myself Go. He Helped My Posture + My Back Pain Too.

Really knowledgeable. Trust him and you will improve in lots of areas. Not just loosing weight but I had a damaged hamstring which had stopped me from doing much for many months and he quickly sorted it by recommending the right exercises so it’s not an issue at all now. I also suffered with back ache from my job and poor posture which are not a problem now with the stretches and exercises he told me to do. He is very clever and friendly and easy to talk to and not judgemental in any way. I would 100% recommend Krisztian Toth to anybody looking for a Personal Trainer on Fitbook.
