About Us

I’m 41 and I’ve just completed a  BSc (Hons) Sport Coaching with a 1st at Sheffield Hallam University. I used this learning opportunity to research the benefits of physical activity for mental health, behaviour change, exercise psychology, and all manner of strategies to engage and encourage people to take part in exercise. Endeavoring to apply this knowledge to every aspect of Personal Training.
Having been a PT for 3 years, I’ve worked with all ages and abilities in a number of locations, such as parks, homes, garages and gyms, I am now based in a studio of my own in Loxley S6.
As well as my Level 3 PT qualification, I have a Diploma in Exercise Referral and Level 3 Sport Massage Therapy. I’m a bit of a sucker for a new certificate, so I’m always looking for a new course to do for more insight and improve knowledge.
Personal training sessions are designed just for you, I listen to what you need and what your goals are to put together a series of sessions to push and challenge you gradually. This way you’ll become fitter and stronger and reach your goals in a fun and sustainable way.
I absolutely love my job! Showing people just how extraordinary they are in what they can achieve with a little push and guidance. Fitness for me, isn’t just about squats and muscle, it can build resilience, confidence and strength from within. Bringing life balance and a much healthier outlook, empowerment and the feeling of ‘comfortable’ in our bodies and lives. Supporting clients in these changes is just the best feeling.

Personal training 2/3 hours each week

Kelcie is very professional a different work out is always planned when I arrive. I am much fitter and more toned since starting in February.
The gym is spacious and has a wide variety of equipment.
I feel challenged and like the fact she doesn’t tell me when I am using heavier weights so I can’t think I can’t do it!! It works.

Give Kelcie a try I can’t recommend her highly enough.

1:1 Training session

I started my personal training sessions with Kelcie in March following a replacement hip operation and have been thoroughly enjoying them.
Kelcie has gradually built on each session, pushing me a little bit further each week and I can feel my strength and stamina improving.
Kelcie is very supportive ,encouraging and interested in knowing how you are getting on post workout. I love these sessions they’re both motivating and enjoyable- I feel great afterwards!

One to one personal training

I started my personal training sessions with Kelcie about six weeks ago and have been thoroughly enjoying them! Kelcie has gradually built on each session, pushing me a little bit further each week and I can feel my strength and balance improving, as well as some weight loss. Kelcie is supportive and interested in knowing how you are getting on post workout. The PT sessions for me are motivating and has a knock on effect on how I feel the rest of the time - more energised, sleep better and feel happier!

Kelcie is an excellent personal trainer, great facilities and her 121 coaching is excellent.

Kelcie is a superb personal trainer with great facilities at her home gym. I have a couple of underlying conditions and Kelcie carefully tailors each session to ensure I get full benefit from each session.

A lovely person and very knowledgeable on not only the physical training but also dietary advice and personal well-being.

Highly recommend.

Twice weekly personal training sessions

I started a summer boot camp programme with Kelcie in July and 8 weeks later I feel stronger, healthier and have lost half a stone!

Kelcie is a fantastic personal trainer who has helped me achieve my goals and given me confidence in using weights and gym equipment I would never have gone near in the past. She has helped me with my nutrition and is always happy to answer any questions and give advice.

I really look forward to my training sessions and leave feeling positive and motivated to keep on track with my fitness goals. I can’t recommend her enough!

Fitness training

Absolutely fantastic trainer, I was at complete rock bottom of my fitness and very nervous about starting this journey, but Kelcie makes me feel at ease and in a matter of a few weeks I can feel the difference so much already, and look forward to the next session.

Cardio/strength training workouts

Kelcie is very professional, she always keeps me motivated at days where I don’t feel like training. She’s taught me to believe in myself, and has made me a stronger person both mentally and physically. I’ve learnt many workouts which at first I thought was impossible to endure, but with her constant determination to help me with my fitness journey I have started to enjoy working out all the time.

Once a week training session

Kelcie Clarke is a great trainer, I have been using Kelcie for approximately 3 months and have had fantastic results.
I have previous gym experience but with Kelcies support and guidance I am seeing much better results in a much shorter space of time. She has fantastic knowledge and explains everything in a clear informative way.
She will motivate you to achieve more than you thought was possible and is always available to give great advice when ever you need it.
I can highly recommend her to anyone who is looking to achieve any goal.
