Fitness is Jackee’s business and most of all her lifestyle. She has achieved an improved quality of life through fitness,and being able to take this message to her clients is her ultimate goal. Jackee enjoys seeing her clients achieve their aims, which in turn is also her reward.

Jackee has an athletics background and knows that determination, motivation, and a don’t-quit attitude are paramount in achieving success. Jackee is always driven to achieve her best and became an Amateur Bodybuilding Athlete in 2018.

Strength training and weight loss

Jackee is a brilliant coach and PT. I started working with her initially for weight loss but I gained so much more than achieving just that. I felt so much stronger from weight training, a lot more confident and all round a lot more happier and healthier! She gets the balance just about right in the gym - pushing you and motivating you to do more than you think you can do but without it feeling too much. I would highly recommend Jackee!

Jackee was my personal trainer for 2 years.

Jackee is the best personal trainer I have ever worked with. She helped me gain strength and workout safely during my pregnancy. She kept me motivated throughout my 2 years of working with her, and I would highly recommend her. I can’t wait to start my sessions again at some point.

I Met With Jackee In June 2019 And Have Been Her Client For Over A Year For 1:1 PT Sessions.

Jackee is AMAZING. I initially started training with Jackee in June 2019 after a rotator cuff injury. My main goal was to lose weight and strengthen my shoulder and Jackee tailored a 1:1 programme for me to achieve my goals. I worked with Jackee for over a year 3 times a week, both in the gym and virtually during the 1st lockdown. Her knowledge is second to none and her coaching style is firm but incredibly motivational. Before training with jackee i had never lifted more than a 4kg dumbbell in a gym and now can confidently deadlift and use a whole range of machines and equipment I didn’t even know existed! Anybody who is on Fitbook looking for a Personal Trainer NEEDS to speak to Jackee Adamson!!

A Course Of Boot camp HIIT Workouts

Weekly Personal Training

Training with Jackee has totally transformed my fitness regime, and I've seen so much progress in my strength, appearance, endurance, and knowledge since I started working with her.

She always keeps our sessions full of variety and I always leave them having learned something new about how to train effectively. She's always available outside of session time if I have any questions about nutrition, exercises I want to try, or areas I want to develop. I had been enjoying the gym for a couple of years before I started training with Jackee, but in the past 18 months I've made miles more progress than I was making alone.

Really highly recommend Jackee if you're looking for a trainer who will listen to and understand your own personal goals, and not only motivate you to achieve them in session time, but give you really useable knowledge about how to achieve them when you're on your own.

Personal Training - One to One

I took on services with Jackee from Fitness Phenonenom back in April 2019 to assist me with nutritional advice and a concrete training programme.

Each session with Jackee was extremely motivating. Not only did we have a laugh and giggle during every session, but Jackee pushed me to my limits to attain the goals we had discussed in our initial consultation which was a programme based over 12 weeks.

By week 9 of working with Jackee I had hit my goals and continued with the rest of the programme. Had never been in better shape!

I can’t WAIT for government restrictions to lift so I can begin working with Jackee again and banish the lockdown belly I’ve obtained!! Lol lol

Thanks Jackee!! Always love working with you!!!!

Body Conditioning Course

Jackee has been exemplary in her position as my personal trainer this past year and three months. I've always had a contentious relationship with exercise and Jackee has been able to transform my experience with my health into an enjoyable and informative one. She is tough, understanding and encouraging. Just the perfect trainer for people who wish to transform themselves for the better through an understanding of their body and what exercise can really do. Jackee provides Meal plans and homeopathic therapies also which conjoin with the physical training programmes and tailors each plan to her client's needs, for me what I received with Jackee has been far superior with anybody else in terms of attention, bespoke care and RESULTS. I've lost 6 stones in the past 8 months ago and Jackee has been able to help me avoid many pitfalls such as excessive loose skin and identity issues which many people who drastically change their body types experience and is not discussed enough. I would highly recommend her to anybody on Fitbook looking for a Personal trainer. I have 3 more stones to lose before my target. At this point it is a now a deep relationship we have. She wont get rid of me that easily after my target!!!

Jackie Has Been My Personal Trainer For A Span Of 10+ Years.

Jackie is a reliable, and much loved member of the fitness community. Jackie is constantly pushing all clients to exceed their potential, and never gives up on anyone. With Jackie, fitness is a genuine passion of hers and it shows through her commitment to her clients and the time she dedicates even outside that of working hours to ensure clients remain on track. Not to mention, her techniques, nutrition plans and exercise regimes are next to none. I have been in shape, and kept in shape, even over the COVID period. I could not fault Jackie in any way. There is no one better I could choose to work with, and would recommend Jackie to anybody on Fitbook a million times over!
