Hi, I’m Frankie!
I have been in the fitness industry for 5 years now.I also have over 15 years experience in sport: I started Judo at the age of 8, at the ages of 14 and 15 I was on the England Talent Development Squad, competing at national level, I now enjoy the sport recreationally.
I first began training in a gym at the end of 2014, my love for training and fitness turned into my career when I decided to become a personal trainer in 2016. I now have 4 years experience coaching in person and as an online coach, and through furthering my knowledge gaining a degree in Applied Sports and Exercise Science and ups killing, I have helped many women become fitter, stronger, feel empowered as well as more educated on training and nutrition!
I think it’s really important to find a style of training that YOU enjoy, there is no one size fits all when it comes to fitness. I want to help women like you find you find a way of exercise that you enjoy. I want to help you gain confidence in your body, feel empowered and improve your fitness, strength and mindset by building healthy and sustainable habits. Whilst I want to help you achieve whatever your fitness goals may be, i am a firm believe that health, wellbeing and fitness is more than just your physique.
For years I spent my time trying to diet, trying to make my body smaller and generally just not liking what saw in the mirror. My exercise routine was to look a specific way: bodybuilding style workout and hours of boring low intensity cardio. I was a physique coach, helping women lose weight and ‘tone up’. Although I absolutely love helping women achieve their goal, I wanted to change my whole approach to fitness so that I offered something other than just ‘fat loss’.
