Hi, I’m a Registered Nutritional Therapist helping women rebalance their bodies & hormones so they can re-discover energy & vibrancy, and THRIVE in day to day to life. I have been in practice since 2013 helping clients optimise their health and wellbeing and make permanent positive changes. I work with clients 1-2-1 via Zoom video call, and all you’ll need for our sessions is a good internet connection and a quiet private space.
We are all unique and what works for one person might not work for another, and nor is there one simple answer for why a person is experiencing challenges in various areas of their health and well-being. I often get asked “what are the best foods to eat for [insert goal here]”, but there IS no one simple answer because both the underlying reasons for a person’s issues and the things they need to do to solve them can be very different from person to person. This is where my deep dive 1-2-1 personalised coaching comes in.
