I would like to tell you my story, starting from my poor life choices, my unhealthy lifestyle, being unfit and overweight, and overcoming a stroke to how I got into fitness and personal training, but right now, there are few things that I think are important for you to know about me, that will help you decide if we are a right fit.
I believe that your mind is your most powerful tool, with the right mindset you can achieve anything. Remember: what you think, you become.
I believe in positivity, in commitment and in discipline; your fitness journey doesn’t have to be a sacrifice, it has to be a pleasure because your health is the most precious gift and if you exercise because you love yourself and want to take care yourself, you will see the results you want.

The main reason why I choose to be a PT is to help people get healthier, to love themselves more, to like themselves more and motivate them to never give up.
I might not be the fittest PT out there but I can definitely understand the struggle of breaking a circle of bad habits, find the motivation to start your fitness journey and deal with life at the same time. But I did it and so CAN YOU! All you need is to start!
