Dan has come up with a great program which was specifically tailored to my needs. The sessions included different types of exercise with and without weights. Dan takes a person-centred approach and explains well the science and the need for a particular exercise. He is enthusiastic about what coaching and carries great energy which transitions into his sessions.

It\\'s early days but Dan has been brilliant. He\\'s shown real patience, being happy to explain and demonstrate stuff as many times as needed. He\\'s really chilled, encouraging and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend him as a trainer.

Issues with shoulder. 10.0

Went to see him for some work on my shoulders and hips as I've been having recurring issues. Really got into my shoulder. Not gonna lie it was a intense session but if you want a job done right then go and see Dan Wright. Will defo meet again, thanks Fitbook.

Dan is extremely knowledgable on not only physio therapy, exercise selection for rehab types and injury prevention, but also principles of strength and conditioning that make him the ideal service for someone wanting to both recover from injury/training but to then COMBINE that with helping them perform in their specific sport (mine being bodybuilding/weightlifting)

Great friendly service and a guy who knows his stuff, helped me to start weight lifting from the basics and talked me through each point. As well as this his sports massage and physio has helped provide recovery after intense sessions and my basketball injuries. Would highly recommend.

I have seen a great benefit in my physical health as well as strength and endurance since I started the transformation group sessions and then the 1-1 PT sessions with Dan. I have already recommended Dan to friends who also enjoyed having 1-1 outdoor sessions during the time that gyms were closed.

Really understand and supportive trainer. Always has time for you and works around your schedule. Dan Wright training has been an amazing trainer for the past few months. Great reviews on Fitbook. He has taken me through the initial basics of each exercise ensuring my technique was correct and strong before we moved on and made it harder. I really valued his patience with me and understanding when health issues limited me from certain exercises. He always has time for you whether it be for a quick question or for an extra session. I highly recommend Dan to anyone who wants to start from scratch to begin their fitness journey with someone patient and understanding.
