I’ve had weekly personal training sessions with Craig, focused mainly on increasing overall muscle definition/tone and building upper body strength.
I have always been ‘active’ but Before training with Craig, I had never trained weights before ... and if I’m honest, I always felt intimidated by the thought of using weights. But Craig made me feel super comfortable and taught the technique behind each exercise, breaking it down step by step, which made it super easy to understand and follow ( and also gave me confidence during the training sessions).
In just 6 sessions, Craigs guidance helped me to achieve more muscle definition and confidence! I feel way more confident not just in myself/the way I look, but also more confident in the gym and in training sessions... i even venture to do weights on my own between training sessions! (Which I never would have had the confidence to do before).
Craig kept each training session interesting by introducing new exercises and by setting me fun weekly challenges to work towards... all of which help me to reach my end goal!
He has a lot of knowledge and is super motivational. I have thoroughly enjoyed working with him. Anybody on Fitbook looking for a Personal Trainer in the Nuneaton area, I highly recommend Performance with Craig Emery!
