About Us

I make it simple for both men and women to lose weight and enjoy exercise. My aim is to provide the most beneficial and enjoyable service for my clients which develops adherable results for better health.

I provide one to one and group personal training sessions which are specifically tailored towards my clients goals and what they enjoy. Along with this, I provide nutritional advice and help educate my clients on how to maintain a healthy, enjoyable lifestyle all year round. Along with PT sessions, nutritional guidance and training programs I also provide two weekly checkins for my clients as well as monthly progress checks as part of the personal training package that I offer.

Throughout the process my clients have access to me 24/7 to ask any questions they have which can help them massively throughout their journey. This also allows me to provide a flexible service as some clients needs extra accountability which I can provide via checkins and progress checks, where-as some clients don’t require the same amount of accountability, just my knowledge and planning to ensure they are on the right track for what they want to achieve.

I have vast experience and knowledge in many different aspects of health and fitness such as fat loss, muscle gain, improving performance and overall health. If you have specific goals you want to achieve, I can help, or even if you don’t, I will dedicate my time and attention to help anyone who wants to better themselves physically and mentally through exercise.

Feeling better about myself, loosing weight and getting healthier!

A friend of the family that I hadn't seen for a while due to lockdown came to visit and I acknowledged how great she looked she had lost a substantial amount of weight. As someone who has struggled with my weight for many,many years I was interested to find out how she had achieved this and then she told me about Connor. The next day I plucked up the courage to contact him and then my story begins...

As already mentioned I have struggled with my weight and fitness and after turning 50 I really needed help and support to achieve this and after my initial consultation with Connor he was going to be the person who would help me with this I believed in him and his knowledge in nutrition, fitness, the body in general was incredible.

I started my first month with just 1 session a week to see how I felt not having done anything for a while. I was hooked and started in July doing 2 sessions every week. I had 2 weekly weigh ins and my PT sessions consisted of resistance training and then 15 mins of different variations of cardio (We never repeat the same cardio session).

I absolutely love my PT sessions with Connor he pushes you when you can't think you can lift any more or when you feel there is nothing else in the tank to push a bit more . He believes in you at all times and as someone who has been to other instructors that is so important He is always accessible and will get you through any difficult patch with a plan and his plan always work I promise you that.

Connor Malone you are a great guy who always makes me laugh and I can't thank you enough for all your help, support during the past 4 months.

Strengthening core, posture correction, losing weight

Conor Malone PT

I would like to say a massive thank you to Conor, who over the past 10 weeks has helped improve my strength and confidence in the gym. I went to Conor to help improve my posture and core strength and I have came away from my time with him  doing just that but also gaining strength elsewhere and losing weight too. Conor is extremely professional in what he does and is very knowledgable in such areas. Thank you very much Conor, for all your help and the laughs along the way.

PT work, mainly weights with some cardio plus regular check-ins on weight, nutrition and runs.

I have really enjoyed my PT sessions with Conor. He has improved my overall fitness greatly. I much more confident in my lifting technique and lifting much heavier weights than before. Conor also makes the cardio as fun as possible with interesting routines and sets. I have particularly enjoyed the boxing, which was new to me.

As well as helping me with technique and encouragement in the gym Conor also conducts regular bi- weekly check-ins which keeps me accountable on weight, nutrition and on non-gym exercise. This has helped me lose weight and get back into my running, which had fallen by the way-side.

Strength training

I started going to Conor because I had previously dislocated my shoulder and had to strengthen it in order for more protection, Conor was really good with me, he gave me confidence and information on why we do these certain workouts and helped me nutrition wise also. Conor is great at what he does and I would highly recommend him to anybody wanting to strengthen their own body, can’t thank him enough.

1 to 1 PT sessions

I have really enjoyed my PT sessions with Conor so far and am looking forward to continuing. He has a great sense of humour, makes me feel totally comfortable and is also really encouraging, but not pushy! His knowledge of exercise, food and the body is amazing and it is clear he puts a lot of time and effort into his research.

Conor has helped me feel better about myself with the way I look as well as helping me to work towards other goals - not just weight loss. I've gained confidence in the gym with all the equipment, how to use it and have really enjoyed his classes too.

Personal Training Resulting In Over 3 Stone Weight Lost

I contacted Conor in October 2020 as I was interested in starting PT. My overall aim was to lose weight, get fitter and have a better knowledge on my nutrition.

Conor organised to meet with myself in the gym on a Saturday morning and spent over one hour, getting to know my goals and current lifestyle.

From the first time I meet Conor, I felt comfortable and relaxed. Every week since starting PT, Conor has been consistent at checking in and very encouraging throughout. During lockdown, Conor also kept in touch minimum twice a week.

I have lost over 3 stone since starting PT with Conor. I feel happier, healthier and fitter. I now attend the gym/exercise classes most days. I managed to run my first ever 5k which was a massive achievement for myself. I have also singed up for the West Highland Way and Tough Mudder. Without PT and continued support from Conor, I would not have been able to achieve this.

Conor is professional, very knowledgeable and a credit to Fitbook. I would highly recommend him to anyone!

The sessions were organised and fun and Conor was so encouraging. I really liked the twice weekly checkins as well.

I can't recommend Conor Malone highly enough. We had a Zoom meeting in advance to go through what I was looking for which felt detailed and focussed. It was clear that Conor then tailored my sessions to my goals. (I'm 62 years old and walking the West Highland Way towards the end of May.)

The sessions were organised and fun and Conor was so encouraging. I really liked the twice weekly checkins as well. These kept me accountable on my weight, general wellbeing, and planned walks out with the Personal Training sessions.

Conor's knowledge and approach to diet and nutrition has worked really well for me. There's no guilt, it's achievable and most importantly sustainable.

At the end of 10 sessions I'm feeling, stronger, fitter, lighter and more positive. This has been my best investment during lockdown.

Resistance Training, Strength and Cardio Workouts

Conor is a very professional personal trainer, he is friendly, always courteous and makes the sessions fun and different most days. Since lockdown he has kept in touch regularly and always asks if he can be of any help to me, giving me exercises to do with the equipment I have at home. Very Knowledgeable In All Aspects Of Health and Fitness

Conor is 100% professional at all times, he is always aware of health and safety, even more so in the midst of this coronavirus pandemic. He is very knowledgeable in all aspects of health and fitness and is always keen to pass on his knowledge to everyone who requires it. He has kept in touch with me throughout both lockdown periods, sending me exercises to do at home, and checking in every couple of weeks to ask how I’m managing. He is focused entirely on us as clients throughout every session and is very friendly and approachable at all times. I would highly recommended Conor as a personal trainer to anyone, irrespective of age and ability. I have been doing 2-1 personal training with Conor for approximately 18 months now. Sessions are always varied and enjoyable and tailored to many things including ability, age and fitness level.

Had Conor As My PT For A Few Months and Has Been Pushing Me To Get To Where I Want To Be In A Physical Way

Conor has been the best PT I could imagine! Has been there for me when I have asked any questions no matter how big or small!
Has an amazing knowledge of anything to do with health and fitness.
He has pushed me to finish each rep or anything to do with my training in the gym and has given me amazing workouts to do in the gym from starting on new machines to putting my weight and reps higher with the weigh lifting equipment!
Even when I had to isolate he went out his way to give me exercises to do at home so I wasn’t behind on my training!
Again best PT I could have asked for!!!

Personal Training With Connor On A 2-1 Basis.

Have 2 sessions of personal training with Connor per week on a 2-1 basis. Each session offers varied exercises and is tailored to reflect on such things as fitness level, age, and ability. Connor is always focused and encouraging and makes the sessions fun as well as pushing us to the best of our ability. We do leg presses, chest presses, lateral pull down , shoulder presses circuit training and boxing.

Personal Training

During the lockdown Connor Malone kept in constant contact and made sure I was still training and checking up on me with was great. He was a really good support mechanism for me and I know he has for his other clients as well. He supplied me with some great training techniques and really kept me motivated. I then started back up training with him outside and the rules and guidelines re social distancing where adhere to impeccably. I honestly can not recommend this man highly enough with Fitbook. Fantastic trainer, so supportive and absolutely at the top of his game.

Connor Malone a brilliant PT on Fitbook. He is very professional in what he does. Along with the continued service, he even looked after me during corona. Mixture Of Cardio And Weight Lifting Workouts On A Weekly Basis

2 to 1 training

My first time using a personal trainer. Very friendly. I am 61 years old but Connor Malone takes everything into consideration and has constructed a great workout plan and nutrition diary. He is still helping and continually monitoring me. He is very professional, but mostly very he is very encouraging. We both enjoy it and I will certainly keep using Conor after the lockdown. Highly recommend Fitbook.

1-2-1Personal Training - Weight loss

Conor Malone PT is incredibly focused and driven. He still keeps me in check, he wants the results. He always wants to learn and gain more knowledge, this rubs off on to his clients and keeps us striving for more. He is always on time. I had no knowledge of training or how to go about it and he has made everything very simple and I now have gained so much knowledge and feel very comfortable in a gym or working out. I honestly don't think their is a better PT on Fitbook. Certainly not in my area.
