  • An initial consultation and taster session
  • First session is free after you sign up
  • Nutrition review and advice (based on your food diary)
  • Regular testing and programme reviews based on your goals, to ensure you stay on track

      Your Commitment:

  • Follow a weekly activity plan
  • Follow a nutrition plan
  • Flexible session but for guaranteed results 3 sessions or more a week is advised
  • Follow your performance goals

I have been involved in sports/fitness throughout my life ranging from Badminton, Martial Arts and more recently CrossFit and Football as a result I’ve had quite a few injuries which I’ve recovered from through Strength and Fitness training. This has highlighted that commitment and consistency along with my guidance and experience will show you the way to achieving your goals maintaining a new and healthy lifestyle.

Training Outside for Weight Loss and Toning

Since the start of lockdown 3, we've been training three times a week outdoors. Connie is always on time and changes the routines/workouts regularly to target and focus on different muscle groups. I can feel the difference compared to when I first started. She does check-ins to ensure I am eating the right amount, taking into nutrition as well.

Weight Loss and Toning Up

I've been training with Connie Fit for a little over 2 months now and have been seeing results in weight loss which is fabulous! Of course with the sudden lockdown measures I was concerned about not being able to achieve my goals but Connie reassured me and has been supportive of me even during this time - with at-home exercises and outdoor sessions. Lovely person AND someone who pushes me each session to do a little more than I think I could. She trains in different areas and switches up the exercises regularly - great workouts that make you sweat and painful after each session! Great PT - highly recommend her to anybody on Fitbook looking for a Personal Trainer in the London area. Lovely Personal Trainer who really wants the best for you!
