I started with Rahkfit back in lock down last year. It was the best thing I ever did. I got myself into a good routine, started working out 3 days a week, eating better, was more productive in my Uni work, and just felt better in myself mentally and physically. The sessions were hard but not impossible to do which felt good and there was a progression with them at regular points so I felt like I was getting stronger and fitter. The checks ins also showed me the results physically.
He was always there to help with any enquires and when I got an injury from running (my own fault didn’t warm up properly) he was able to shape my plan to help me through that while still making the progress I wanted.
When gyms opened my plans were quickly changed to suit that. I was given an insight into how to do the exercises correctly and safely. I was sending RahkFit videos of me in the gym and he was responding quickly with a detailed break down of what I needed to do to improve my form which made it even easier to make progress. Some days I didn’t want to get up and get to the gym but he was there pushing me on and motivating me to do it so that I could make my goals.
100% would recommend him to anyone. I honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else with my fitness now. I can’t wait to see the progress I make with Rahk in the future. Anybody looking on Fitbook for the same level of support and help to acheive their goals - contact Coach Rahkfit, he won't let you down!
