About Us

If you are looking to transform your body, nutrition habits, fitness levels and motivation then you’ve come to the right place.

How can I help you?

I almost exclusively train females looking to lose weight and learn how to lift weights. I have trained various clients over the years of all different shapes and sizes with completely different goals; from female footballers and avid weightlifters to girls looking to build their Glutes, tone up and lose body fat.

I understand how hard it can be to stay motivated and consistent with your goals, but this is where I can help; I provide accountability through regular check ins to make sure that the plan is still working. I also have an app where you can view all of your training plans, nutrition & track your measurements.

My main goal when training a client is to give you the knowledge and eventually the confidence to not need me anymore! To be able to confidently walk into the gym and know exactly what you’re doing, why you’re doing it & how to do it. How to track your own nutrition & write your own training plans.

I have been a personal trainer for over 5 years and I am currently completing my level 4 & 5 with the National Academy of Sports medicine to become a master personal trainer. I am also a proud dog mum to my 2 miniature Dachshunds.

Ongoing Training Through Lockdown

Charlotte has been fantastic even since lockdown has come into play. She has kept on top of my training using her app and issuing me with a training programme. She has gave me lots of ideas about my nutrition throughout lockdown and advised what snacks are best for my goals. Now we are back to 1-1 work together I couldn't be happier with Charlotte as a personal Trainer. 1 to 1 Personal Training at Home and Online

I have been having weekly 1-1 personal training sessions with Charlotte Byrne since the beginning of August. The first session I had with Charlotte I knew I had chosen the right person to be my Personal Trainer. She put me at ease straight away and explained everything in detail about how we would build up my confidence in the gym. Usually I would just spend time on the treadmill and go home. Within weeks I was able to complete a full weights session on my own using the workout Charlotte had set up for me on her app. Charlotte doesn't just put your through a workout and that's it, she keeps in touch with you, has an app you can access with personalised workouts and is always available for support if needed. I highly recommend Charl Byrne Coaching to anyone in the Merseyside area looking to lose weight, build muscle and gain confidence in the gym!! You will not be disappointed with Charlottes services through Fitbook!!

Workout Programs and Nutrition Coaching

Charl Byrne Coaching is a fantastic Personal Trainer who put me at ease the moment I met her. Since working with Charlotte I have gained more confidence in the gym (an area were I have previously struggled) and I’m now starting to see real results. Losing Weight and Building Confidence

In just a short space of time, the knowledge and dedication from Charlotte Byrne Coaching has helped me to not only loose weight but to grow more confident in the gym when I wasn’t previously. She loves what she does and has a passion for seeing people grow and reach their goals. After using previous PTs I feel the most comfortable and at ease with Charl. Her App helps keep on track of calories and with the weekly workouts uploaded, this gives you something to focus on and improve for the following week. I would rate Charl 100000/10 and if you want to see results then I would highly recommend getting signed up with her through Fitbook :)

Outdoor Bootcamp and One to One Training Sessions

I have been doing outdoor bootcamps with Charl Byrne Coaching since July and now started having 121 session and she’s helped my knowledge and Pushed me so much. Weight Training with Diet Plans

I couldn’t recommend Charl Byrne Coaching enough as a Personal Trainer on Fitbook! She has never let me down and makes me feel so comfortable! I have been to a few PT’s and Charllote is by far my favourite! She bases her training with what I’m comfortable with but at the same time pushes me! I look forward to our sessions because they are such a laugh!! If anyone is looking for a PT who is hardworking and committed to her clients, then Charl is the gal for you!!

One to One Training Sessions, Nutritional Plan and Confidence Building.

I have been with Charl Byrne Coaching for 3 weeks and in a short space of time learnt a lot about what I should be eating, what to be doing in the gym and feeling better about myself. I was so anxious about getting a Personal Trainer but within 5 minutes of meeting Charllote she made me feel comfortable and had me laughing. In a short space of time I have lost 8lbs and she has kept me on track. It is so much more than just sessions in the gym she keeps in touch and has a brilliant app which allows you to track workouts, food and progress. Anybody on Fitbook looking for a Personal Trainer in the Merseyside area, I couldn't recommend Charlotte anymore!
