About Us

Body and Sole Clinic was set up by a husband and wife team ,Dean a former Royal Marine and Rebecca aBiology Teacher , who had a passion for improving lifestyles , both their own and people they meet . Recently completing their mental health 1st aid training, as a team, they can look after their customers Mind , Body and Sole .

Dean offers the sports/ rehab’ massage services including Manual lymphatic drainage and relaxation massages.

Rebecca offers foot health services which is a medical pedicure to address painful problems but also toe nail reconstruction and orthotics.

Foot Pain For Daughter

Beccy managed to fit my daughter in for an emergency apt, due to her foot pain. My daughter (14) was put at ease very quickly, Beccy was extremely professional, courteous and very friendly. She is extremely knowledgable and was able to eliviate my daughters pain quite quickly, giving advice for the future and strapping her foot up.

My daughters pain has eased now, after less than 24 hours of treatment - Beccy is worth her weight in gold!! Wouldn’t hesitate visiting her again and would recommend her services.

Pedicure

I have been to many palces to have this treatment and paid a lot of money to have my feet taken care off but I can honestly say becky is the best I've had in years, they are very good with what they do I went with a problem and they have sorted me out very helpful and professional. I Was Suffering For Months Before My Appointment With Beccy.

She made me feel relaxed during my appointment and her knowledge is amazing. I had an Ingrown toe nail removed and toe nail brace put in. Anybody who's on Fitbook and needs a Podiatrist then I would recommend Beccy of The Body and Sole Clinic.

I have been having a sports massage every few weeks for over a year for a shoulder injury

Dean provides the best massage I’ve ever had and excellent value for money. He is firm but doesn’t hurt like some massages I’ve had in the past and excellent value for money. He is always friendly and happy to explain what he doing if you ask him. Fully recommend if you need either a relaxing or firmer treatment.

I Have a Massage Pedicure and Cupping When Needed

Omg what can I say about Dean and Becky they are amazing they make you feel so relaxed not just by the treatments they provide just being in there presence there warm caring funny the list is endless, on top of that they have magic hands I’m a hairdresser so I’m on my feet a lot I have problems with nearly all my joints I have arthritis in both my wrists I use to be in a lot of pain daily just after my first treatment with Dean I went home and slept for 12hours I dont even know when my last flare up of arthritis was my hips and back I hardly ever have any problems and if I do I know where I need to go, I’ve had trouble with my feet,I didn’t know there was a problem I just got so use to the pain in my toe but just after one appointment with Becky I feel like I’m walking on clouds this lady is a master of her trade, I have recommended friends and family and I highly recommend anyone to go see them you won’t be disappointed!

Full Body Deep Tissue Massage.

Medical pedicure and foot care

As a Psoriatic Arthritis Rheumatology patient foot care is an important part of my self help routine. I am unable to do this effectively, the service and level of care and expertise I receive at each appointment is invaluable. To be able to receive a treatment where advice , empathy and genuine care and concern is demonstrated consistently is the reason I return each month.

They Have Helped With Several Different Pains Related To Running

Went above and beyond to offer me guidance and advice.
Sorted out several different problems in one visit. They were totally responsive. I was in agony called for advice, they gave advice and saw me as soon as.

Foot Treatment

The Body and Sole Clinic have been very helpful and considerate of my elderly father. Managed to treat feet that had been giving problems for months. Vast improvements and will certainly book repeat visits. COVID compliant. Very professional, and would recommend to anybody on Fitbook needing a Podiatrist. I understand they do Massage and Sport Massage as well for anybody looking.
