Personal training

My trainer Anna is fantastic! She has helped me achieve my goals so far and I love our sessions. She makes it fun and enjoyable to train and she is very motivating and encouraging! Anna is clearly putting a lot of time into designing the sessions which are full of variety and a lot of fun. She has been brilliant in working with my specific needs and truly understands what is necessary to help me meet my goals.
I love it how Anna connects different exercise elements like Barre or Pilates. My fitness plan is a good mixture of working different body parts which really kept me interested I’ve lost weight, got fitter and feel so much healthier! Thank you Anna!

Live online training sessions

I loved working out with Anna! She knows what she's doing and she had great sessions planned for each day. I appreciated how different each session was, I was never bored and I really felt great afterward. She has a lot of knowledge in things like ballet, yoga, etc and works that into her training. She's friendly, energetic, and an overall great person, and a great trainer. Thanks Anna for helping me reach my goals!
