I hadnt trained my legs for years due to specific knee-related issues picked up from past conditions. I am usually a very self-motivated individual, especially with the gym, but I knew I required extra help, paitence and someone to monitor my form with leg days once I decided to start re-training them.
Ana exceeded my already high expectations and provided me with very strong levels of added motivation, especially during the initial stages. She was also passionate about my progress every step of the way and played a key role in making sure I never got complacent. Every week I was making significant progress from her sessions.
She helped me get my leg strength back quicker than I thought was possible. I dont know if any other PT would have been able to deliver such results, but what I know for sure is the fact that this woman is an incredible PT and one I am glad I chose!
