My fitness journey began when I was very young, growing up I have always had a passion in living a healthy lifestyle and keeping fit. I have competed in high level sports, my main one being boxing, this taught me a lot about self discipline, diet and commitment to achieving the end goal.

As well as Personal Training sessions in the gym, I also provide boxing 1-2-1 sessions which are great if you’re looking to get fitter, lose weight, or you had a tough day at work and need to release stress!
