About Us

Part of success is something many of us are terrified of, FAILURE. This exposes our limits and challenges our mental state to either give up or adapt

 

Then we have DISCIPLINE, this is where we need to teach ourselves how to take control and do the things that we need to do in order to succeed, such as a consistent gym routine, healthy food routine, consistent bedtime ect. 

 

We also have a skill that I believe is a must in success, RESILIENCE, if you fail you can’t give up. You need to find a different approach until you find something that works.

 

APPROACH

Depending on your current physique the approach will slightly change. We will usually start off our first 3 months training to remove as much excess fat as possible to display your physique, while concentrating on building muscle and strength. after teaching you all the essentials, depending on your own goals, such as further enhancing physique or concentrating ore on strength then the next stage will look different.

 

FREE TIP : whenever you are training, PROGRESSIVE OVERLOAD is a MUST, this little concept applies to everything in life, easy to understand hard to apply ( did you train harder than last time?) whatever you are doing, each time you do it increase intensity such as more reps, weight, rest  or tempo, or even do 10m of your business work, go 10 mins earlier to sleep. Whatever it is…. BETTER THAN LAST TIME!

Personal training during the lockdown online, diet plan and supervision

Adam is well educated and motivating trainer. He trained me and my partner online during lockdown online and made sure the trainings were tailored for our needs and ability. I'm not going to lie, it wasn't easy but definitely worth it! We also received support with our diet. Again, tailored with kcal balance enough to see results but to keep us going full of energy. Would recommend any time to anyone who is willing to put some effort to see decent results.

Form, food, flexibility and everything in-between

This guy deserves more than just money and a bit of clout.

He really knows what you need to do to improve your current situation, you just gotta have a bit of faith.

You will progress faster than you ever could yourself.

He is also painfully honest, but as the saying goes, no pain no gain(z).

(This also applies to his workouts...)

Also, the longer you stay with him, the better. The advice, as he learns more about your body and its individual needs, becomes more evidence based and realistic.

As long as you're accountable for your eating and exercise, Adam will help get the results you're looking for. I'm the best shape I've been in a lob while and while it hasn't been easy it's been fun to have a trainer like Adam.

Fitness Coach

Adam has done a fantastic job at being my fitness coach for a year now (Oct 2020 - Oct 2021 current). He has inspired me to go from 144kg to 89kg whilst helping me to monitor my nutrition.

His program, at least for me, tend to focus on a blend of bodybuilding and strength training. It is no walk in the park and he will bring you to your limits every time.

If you're not having a hard time, he will find a way to make it so. He also has a good eye on form and will always point out where you need to improve on lifts safely.

He is also an advocate for asking many questions. Adam always encourages all his clients to come to him for questions regardless. When I'm with him or away, he will happily answer them with good detail until understood at any time (literally, I mean it).

For nutrition, Adam is also knowledgeable on what's best for your body, whilst promoting high protein consumption. In addition to that he also provides cook books to help start you up in your fitness journey. By now I've learnt a lot for my nutrition through him and have adapted several recipes to suit my needs and tastes. You don't have to go word for word with the recipes but it's there to start you off.

Lastly there is the monitoring of your progress. Currently Adam uses the PT Distinction app to record your weight lifting progress. As for me I'm expected to input my weight and body progress pics on the app so he can review and tailor our next session.

On the occasion where I'd like to lift on my own, my own program is there on PT Distinction to do with all the recorded weights, sets, and reps.

To close off all my comments on Adam's services, he has been a great guy to train with and I am thankful for what he's helped me achieve with my body.

It wasn't all on him of course, as it's also my responsibility to act on my body and nutrition. But Adam has completed the picture for me and I will continue to hire him till then.
