Healthy fats are those that are less calorically dense as other fats. These healthy fats are known as Polyunsaturated fats found in foods such as sunflower oil, some nuts and seeds. Carbohydrates are stored as Glycogen within the body in stores. If these stores are not fuelled before a workout then it will result in feeling tired and sick during the workout. However, any unused glycogen will be converted into fat for long term storage of energy. Because of this, carbs have been portrayed as being bad for anyone who is looking to lose weight.
